All movements with Southampton Transport Ltd and boat-towing.co.uk are fully insured and covered under RHA conditions of carriage 2009 and CMR terms and conditions.

All deck equipment, covers, masts, booms, electrical equipment, fenders should be packed and secured by the owner of their agents, suitable for transport. We do not climb on the boat or decks unless in an emergency. Covers, hatch’s etc can be left on at the owners risk and we reserve the right to remove them if considered a danger.
